Withdraw from contract

If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you can withdraw from your Sprinting subscription without giving a reason within 14 days after the day the subscription contract was concluded, or later where the law provides. When you confirm, we email you a copy of your withdrawal with the date and time we received it.

We refund everything you paid under the subscription within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to your original payment method and without any fee. The refund is in full: we deduct nothing for the days you used.

This identifies the subscription you are withdrawing from. We send your confirmation to this address.
